Kunder Chemicals Pvt. Ltd. was incorporated as a privately held company in 1991. The Company’s Pigment Plant went into production in 1992 and its Product Pigment Green 7 received international recognition for quality. In the International Market its quality compared favourably with all the brand leaders. Soon the Company also started manufacturing Pigment Dispersions for all Colours like Red, Yellow, Orange, Blue, Green and Black.
The Company was Founded by Late Mrs. Hemalata Kunder (Bsc. Chemistry) & Late Mr. M. Kunder who was a double Masters Degree holder. He was also holder of Diploma in Export and Business Management. Early in his life he was a Lecturer in Bombay University. Later, as businessman he promoted Construction Companies, Co-Op Banks and has interest and expertise in Colour Technology. Mr. Kunder had a great commitment to Social Causes and Environment Protection.
Pigment Manufacturing Technology was provided by late Dr. Prem Pandit, B.Sc.(Chem) B.Sc. (Tech), PhD (Bombay) PhD (Leeds) one of the greatest contemporary Pigment Expert. As a member of UNIDO’s Dyes Panel, He had setup several Dyes and pigment Plants in the Third world Countries. He was ably assisted by qualified Engineers of the company Mr. Ajay Kunder & Mr. Veenit Kunder and other Chemist & Technicians.
Our manufacturing facility is situated in Vapi, Gujarat just 140 Kms away from Mumbai. We are continuously upgrading our infrastructure to serve better quality and precise need of our customer. We have a well equipped inhouse laboratory whereby we have experienced personnel and skilled labor to meet the exact requirements of our clients. We adopt latest testing methods as per international standards. We ensure our products are free of any harmful side effects.
Environment Protection is an article of faith with Kunder Chemicals. When the Company started manufacturing pigments in 1992, chemical industry was not conscious of its responsibility towards protection of Environment to today’s level. But at Kunder Chemicals total pollution control was done from the day one.
The Company is giving utmost importance to the quality of its products. Every employee of the company from Floor level worker to Managing Director is fully devoted to the cause of good quality products. Research is conducted for enhancing the strength of Pigments in various Applications. Net result- Quality of company’s products is considered one of the best available in the International Market.
